The vision behind The Uptown design was to produce an elegant response that celebrates and enhances the spirit of Roseville whilst delivering new landmark residences for the future. The Uptown apartments are located in the heart of Roseville, approximately 350 metres from the train station. Its serene location is characterised by a quiet leafy street, private schools and village like atmosphere. Roseville is regarded as one of Sydney’s premier neighbourhoods within the upper north region.
Interior Works delivers fit-outs for the 6 different buildings in the complex; within these there are 220 high-end apartments ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom. Interior Works was involved in delivering the following:
- Hebel fire rated and acoustic rated inter tenancy walls
- High gloss CFC feature panel to entry lobbies
- External CFC Cladding + entry portico’s
